About us

Safe for buyers. Fair for sellers. Honest prices.

THE NEST is a marketplace built on three promises: protect customers from scams and harmful sellers, give sellers a fair place to sell without hidden charges, and work toward reasonable, consistent prices for everyone.

Protecting customers

Scam sellers and harmful products have no place here. We work to keep buyers safe before, during and after a purchase, and we act when a seller breaks the rules.

A fair place for sellers

Selling should be affordable and predictable. Our fees and commission are written down, with no hidden charges, so a seller knows what a sale will cost before it happens.

Reasonable, consistent prices

We want prices people can trust, fair and steady across the world. Discounts must be real, and the price you see must match the price you pay.

Our reach

1 country and growing

THE NEST delivers across Pakistan from Lahore. This globe lights up every new country by itself, the moment a real member, seller product or order appears there.

  • PK Pakistan

Only real records are counted. Pakistan is always shown as our home market.

How we do it

These protections are already built into the platform.

  • Seller AgreementEvery seller accepts a written agreement. Sellers state whether they are a registered business or an individual, and stay responsible for their own licences and honest claims.
  • True order stepsOrders follow real steps: placed, confirmed, shipped and delivered. Sellers cannot hide where an order really is.
  • Order trackingBuyers follow an order from their dashboard or from the public Track Order page.
  • Ratings and reviewsCustomers rate products and the platform itself, so good sellers rise and poor ones are easy to see.
  • Clear policiesShipping, Cancellation and Returns & Refunds pages explain what happens when something goes wrong.
  • Published feesService charge and commission rules are written in the Seller Agreement. Delivery fees are not charged commission.
  • Action against harmSellers who scam or harm customers can have listings removed, payouts held or their account ended.

Our values

Integrity firstWe say what is true, even when it is not convenient, and we expect the same from everyone on the platform.
Fair to both sidesA marketplace only works when buyers feel safe and sellers feel respected. We protect both.
Always improvingWe keep adding better search, tracking and AI help, always with trust and safety first.
