For cooked food and perishables, we prioritize speed to ensure freshness. These orders are handled by our local NEST-Runner fleet.

Delivery Timeline: Within 45 to 90 Minutes.
Distance-Based: Fees are calculated automatically based on your distance from the kitchen/vendor.

1. Processing and Delivery Timelines

General merchandise orders are processed within **1-2 business days**. The following timelines apply once dispatched:

2. Distance-Based Shipping Charges

To ensure fairness, shipping and delivery charges are now calculated based on delivery distance:

0 - 5 KM: Minimum Base Rate.
5 - 15 KM: Standard City Rate.
Inter-City: Standard Courier Weight-Based Rates.

*Final shipping costs will be visible on the checkout page before payment.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a **tracking number** via SMS and Email. You can track your package directly through our "Track Order" page or the link provided by our logistics partner.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Verification

**Cash on Delivery (COD):** Available for orders up to Rs. 50,000. For higher amounts, please use Raast, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
**Verification:** To prevent fraud, our team may call you to verify your address before dispatching high-value items.
**Public Holidays:** Shipping and delivery are not active during gazetted holidays in Pakistan.

5. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please:

Check the package for any visible tampering before accepting it from the rider.
Notify our Customer Support at **support@tnt024.com** within **24 hours** of delivery.
Keep the original packaging and invoice for claim processing.

6. Change of Address

Address changes are only possible **before** the order status is updated to "Shipped." Once the parcel is with the courier, we cannot reroute the shipment.
